WHO WE ARE?

Ankermann Computer has grown from its beginnings as a small data backup and PC repair service in a granny flat with its own workshop in 1997 to a full-service company. We specialize in production, quality assurance, and sales, as well as PC and laptop repair – still in our own workshop.

1997: The company started out as a data backup service provider for companies in Vörstetten, also managing its customers' confidential data. Business is still run from a private basement apartment with one of the first CD burners in the region.

2004: Relocation to Denzlingen and beginning of professionalization as an IT service provider with service offerings and PC manufacturer with first employed employees and direct manufacturer contacts as far afield as China.

2009: Relocating to Teningen again, revenue and employee numbers are increasing year after year. The focus is increasingly on supporting and distributing PCs and laptops to other EU countries. Manufacturer contacts are being further expanded both in Europe and China.

2018: Expansion of our production facility in Riegel for higher capacities.

2022: Expansion of our company in Malterdingen for more efficient production and shipping.

2025: Reorientation: Merger and relocation to Emmendingen into the premises of the former furniture showroom.

We have over 25 years of experience in PC repair, assembly, and quality control. We have our own workshop with trained technicians. Although our location has changed several times due to our ongoing expansion, we have been and remain based in Breisgau since the beginning and can look back on decades of customer loyalty. We offer professional assembly and final inspection of PCs and laptops. As an industry innovator, we were the first company to introduce the PC configurator back in 1999. This gives you the opportunity to configure your PC/ Laptop exactly as you want. Whether it's Office- , Multimedia- or Gaming-PCs , Workstations for specialized applications , the professional assembly of a PC according to your specifications using our configurator or the repair of your device: we're here for you.

If you're in a real hurry, we have the solution! Our products with Daily Express shipping shipping offer guaranteed next-day delivery of in-stock items if your order is received and paid in full by 2:00 PM. Our partner GO! Express will handle the processing. You can also select DHL as your shipping partner; in this case, shipping usually takes one day longer. These times apply to Germany and Austria.

We ship to other EU countries exclusively with DHL. Delivery times are typically 2-3 days. Our customers come from all over Europe, so we ship to any location our partner DHL delivers orders to: Croatia, Latvia, Hungary, Ireland, France, Italy, Switzerland, Austria, and Cyprus are just a few of the countries our customers come from.

Our special packaging system, consisting of an inner box containing the PC, securely packaged in Styrofoam moldings, and an outer box padded with packing chips, ensures that the goods arrive safely. We also rely on environmentally friendly solutions, from the production of our PCs to the packaging.

We offer purchase advice for our PC/laptop systems to help you make the right purchase. Our customer service representatives are available by appointment from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Our support team ensures your satisfaction, even if unexpected problems arise.
