To check the systems from the PC Configurator you always have the option to send your newly created or saved configuration to our support staff via the chat tool. Simply copy the link from your browser into our chat. After a few minutes, you will receive a return to the desired configuration and suitability for your work area.

Our premium pick-up service offers all corporate customers a free pick-up of your defective PC system the next day through GO! Express.

The process is very easy:

Please let us know by 2 pm that your computer has a technical defect. We organize pick-up by courier on the following day between 8-12 o'clock (Monday-Friday). You can choose a time window of 2 hours yourself. Attention! Please ensure a sufficient transport security (we assume no liability for this)

The computer will be treated preferentially after the arrival in our technical department and you will receive a message with the diagnosis on the same day as well as information on a further procedure.
