Remote Diagnostics Doesn't Help

If the error is not pinpointed and fixed by the support team via remote diagnostics, the system (or single component) must be sent for testing to the repair department.

We note that our warranty ONLY applies to hardware defects validity. If the problem is caused by software or a Windows Update (upgrade), we have to (in consultation with you) charge you the cost into account! Please note that we just send back the PC-System after the invoice for the reparing is payed!

Upon receipt of your return this is recognized by our technical team and will be tested extensively. This process can take between 1-3 business days to complete. If the problem has been located, the technician will contact you and tell you how to proceed with.

The system features a free (returned within the warranty period). You will receive a tracking code on your support ticket or email.
